We are always looking to improve the shopping experience at Hillstreet to ensure each time you visit is even better than the last. For us to do this, we need your help.
Are you a frequent shopper at Hillstreet? Perhaps you don’t visit that often but would if there was more seating or more places to eat for example. We want to know what would improve Hillstreet for you.
We are looking to establish a focus group that will feedback on their visits to Hillstreet and experiences in our retailers. We want to know your opinion on the customer service you received in stores. Whether store window displays play a part in your decision to go into a shop or not? What do you think to the way shops are laid out? These are just some of the questions we will be asking for you to report back on.
