Our car parking system now uses number plate recognition and now accepts all types of payment including contactless.
Please pay for your parking when you are ready to leave at the new pay stations, or pre-book/pay using the APCOA website if you prefer using the link below.
You’ll need to know your vehicle registration so the system can identify how much you need to pay.
Hillstreet offers customers long stay parking on the roof top level car park charged at £1.60 all day Monday to Friday. Vehicles entering the car park before 10am will automatically receive the long stay rate.
Parking at Hillstreet can now be booked in advance via Parking in Hillstreet Shopping Centre – APCOA Parking Pre-booking means you can relax knowing you have your parking organised, giving you one less thing to worry about. Saving you time by paying in advance for your parking before you travel, there’s no need to queue at the payment machines, giving you more time for shopping, as well as additional benefits like regular discounts and exclusive offers. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Hillstreet is one of the first shopping centres in the UK to introduce parking spaces for those caring for people with dementia. The spaces are on the first floor of the car park and are close to the shopping centre entrance. Parking staff have also received special training to help understand the parking frustrations faced by carers. You’ll find the spaces indicated by the dementia awareness ‘flower’ logo.
We now offer charging points for electric vehicles in two designated bays on the ground level of our car park, adjacent to Home Bargains. Please note that these bays are specifically for electric vehicles to charge and we would ask that customers not wishing to charge their vehicle park in alternative bays to enable others to access the service.
